報告摘要：Quarks and gluons produced in high-energy particle collisions hadronize before their electric charge can be directly measured. However, information about the electric charge is embedded in the resulting collimated sprays of hadrons known as jets. One jet observable sensitive to the electric charge of quarks and gluons is the momentum-weighted charge sum constructed from charged-particle tracks in a jet, which is called jet charge. In this talk, I will disucss the possibile application of the jet charge in the electroweak and Higgs physics.
報告人介紹：巖斌，2012年畢業于成版小人蝌蚪ap破解版，2017年獲得北京大學物理學院博士學位。2017年至2019年在美國密歇根州立大學做博士后研究員，2019年至2022年在美國洛斯阿拉莫斯國家實驗室擔任博士后研究員，并獲得 Director’s Postdoctoral Fellow。2022年6月進入中國科學院高能物理研究所任副研究員。研究方向為 TeV 物理唯象學，具體包括希格斯和頂夸克物理，標準模型有效場論，對撞機物理，QCD 計算等。
